I just received and used this flat iron love love love this flat iron.i have an $100 Amica that I haven't used in over 5 yrs.Im African American who went natural close to 3 yrs and this is perfect soon as you plug it in it's hot the plates move back and forth has swivel cord,digital settings don't let the price fool you.think I'm going to order another one in case this one breaks
